Julian Baggini is editor-in-chief and co-founder of the philosophers‘ magazine. He has written for numerous newspapers and magazines, including The Guardian, The Financial Times, Prospect and The New Statesman, as well as the think tanks The Institute of Public Policy Research and Demos. He is the author of several books, including Welcome to Everytown: A Journey into the English Mind (Granta), Complaint (Profile) and, most recently, Should You Judge This Book By Its Cover? (Granta). While this conference is organised by the Sea of Faith it is not an exclusively Sea of Faith event. Speakers do not neccessarily endorse a Sea of Faith line on any subject and we attract attendance from a wide range of backgrounds to these events - both religious and non-religious.
