We respect your privacy and would like to tell you what information we collect for the sole
purpose of furthering the interests of the Sea of Faith Network.
We collect your personal contact details (your name, postal address, and, if you have given them,
your email address and phone number) and details of your subscription payments. These are
used for the maintenance of membership and financial records, including the submission of
Gift Aid returns if you are registered.
Your contact details, but not your financial information, are used to publish and invite contributions for Sofia and other SOF publications.
They will also be used to enable other communications from the trustees.
This information will be shared only with those individuals identified by the trustees as requiring it for these purposes.
It will be retained only for as long as legally necessary
